One day there was a pop-up from a Realtor, Judy Griffin, stating she saw we were interested in housing in her area and would like very much to see if she could assist us. We contacted her via email and so started a years worth of grateful assistance in many ways. We told her what we liked and what our needs were and a price range to start. She started to send home listings our way and we would pick out the ones we liked. We eventually made time to go back to the Panhandle from South Florida to meet with her and look at homes. Twice we chose homes and put down deposits only to run into problems on our end with the sale of our own home and then health issues which put a hold on buying up there. Judy never once gave up on our dream to move to that area and through a trying year continued to keep us informed of homes on the market in her area. Finally we got a solid contract on our home and could go back to Crestview where she had found the home we wanted and in a couple days had a contract and price we all agreed on, a settlement date. and even had the inspection prior to us going back to South Florida to start packing. She and the inspection team also gave us names of persons we wanted to make those personal changes everyone does to make a house your home. If all Realtors were as prepared, efficient, and very kind and personable, there would never be a year like the one we had with Realtors in another setting. Judy Griffin is an asset to that area.
She is very professional and I would highly recommend her services. I just wish she lived closer to Texas because we would love the opportunity to work with her again!
She was extremely helpful and very patient. We looked in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Holley by the Sea, Fort Walton, Mary Esther, Crestview and Destin and it took us over a year to find the perfect house. Judy was patient and with us all the way. When we bought, she was knowledgeable and walked us through every step, handling all the paperwork and ins-and-outs.
