October is one of my favorite months of the year, the weather is cooler, there are less people at the beach and you no longer have to wait for a table at area restaurants. October is also one of the best times of the year to sell a home. Most people don't realize that this time of the year represents the lowest market inventory in our area. So folks coming to the area that need to buy a home have less to choose from. This is great for sellers, less homes on the market equals less competition.
If you’ve ever thought about putting your home on the market in Niceville, now is the time to do it. Are you worried that you might not find another home to buy? No problem, you can sell your home contingent on finding another home, most buyers will wait for you.
